A few simple habits keep every piece looking its best and ready for your intention.
Set your intention
Hold the piece for a minute and name what you want it to support. Write it down if that helps.
Place it with purpose
Money trees in the north or south-east of a room, protection stones near the entrance, amethyst near where you rest.
Cleanse it every month
Leave it in moonlight overnight or pass it through incense smoke. Keep pyrite away from water.
Dust with a soft, dry brush. Keep away from damp bathrooms and direct heat.
Take off before bathing, swimming or exercise. Keep perfume and lotion off the beads.
Wipe with a dry cloth. Long hours of strong sunlight can dull the resin.
Keep dry and hang away from windows that steam up. Pyrite can tarnish in moisture.
